POLICIES

Timeframes: 
  • Timeframes are guides only. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered within given timeframes.
  • Please allow up to a week or 5 business days for me to process your order as all items are made to order! 

Damaged, lost or stolen: 

  • If the buyer fails to collect or pick up the item after the items have been shipped, no refunds will be issued. It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the item once it has been dispatched. In specific regions, parcels will not be delivered to your door step however, it will be held at your local post office for pick up. 
  • We are not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages and therefore will not provide refunds. 
  • It is encouraged to purchase 'ROUTE' as an insurance for your pieces in the circumstance that it gets lost, stolen or damaged. 
  • It is encouraged to have your pieces delivered to a PO box or your local Post Office to prevent parcel theft. 

Incorrect address: 

  • We will not provide refunds in the case that the information provided by the customer is not accurate and the shipment cannot be delivered. 
  • If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at remejewels@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue. If the parcel has already been sent, you will be responsible for a $13 return to sender fee, as well as an additional standard shipping fee. Please keep in mind that if an order is cancelled after an order has been sent, you will be refunded the amount minus the delivery fee.

Invalid address:

  • There is a higher chance of a parcel return if your address cannot be auto-filled when entered into AusPost. In this case, I am likely to notify you via the email address you provided for your purchase. If I do not receive a reply before the 5 business day window for processing your order, I will use the original address provided. Subsequently, if your package cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for a $13 return to sender fee, as well as an additional standard shipping fee. 
  • If you choose to cancel the order after a return to sender, a refund will be provided, albeit minus the shipping fees (this does not apply to specially customised products). For custom products, a partial refund will be provided minus the shipping fees.
